There are some states that do not make the legal distinction between “games of skill” (video games in this case) and “games of chance” (slots and other casino type games), at this time, if you live in the following states, you may not play for cash prizes. These “No-No States,” as they’re referred to in the office, include;

Arizona,  Arkansas,  Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, Tennessee, and Vermont.
